<p>Hazırlanis:</p>
<p>1. Resimde oldugu gibi Patlicanlari alaca ve donatesleri soyun<br />
2. patlicanlari koparmadan dondererek kesin<br />
3. tencereye yagi ekleyip kızdıktan sonra patlicanlari yerlestİrin<br />
4. patlicanlari hertarafi kizarana kadar cevirin bu arada kapagini kapali tutun<br />
5. patlicanlar kizardiktan Sonra uzerine soyulmus ve dogranmis domatesleri, biberi ve sarimsaklari ekleyip tuz serpin<br />
6. altini kisin ve kendi suyu ile pismasini bekleyin.<br />
7. 15-20 dakika kadar pistikten sonra bir catal batirin ve patlican iyice yumusamis ise altini kapatin.</p>
