<p>- 1 çay bardağı zeytinyağı<br />
- 1 çay bardağı su<br />
- 1 çay kasigi tuz<br />
- 250 gr kadar un<br />
- 2 yemek kasigi anason<br />
- 1 yemek kasigi tane kimyon<br />
- 1 tatli kasigi kekik<br />
- 1 tatli kasigi pul biber<br />
Not: arzuya göre mahlep</p>
<p>Yapılışı:<br />
- bütün malzemeleri bir yoğurma kabına alın ve yogurun<br />
- hamuru bir bezi yapıp firin kağıdının üzerinde merdane yardimi ile incecik acın .<br />
- istediğiniz gi bi sekillendirin ( ben hem çubuk seklinde yaptım hemde kare kestim )</p>
<p>- Hamuru kestikten sonra 175 derecede fırında 20 &#8211; 25 dakika pişirin</p>
